Blue-Cloud 2026 - D6.2 Communication, Dissemination, Outreach and Education Plan, 2nd release

The main goal of Blue-Cloud 2026 WP6 is to promote and disseminate the project ambition, on-going activities and Key Exploitable Results (KERs) to the identified list of key stakeholder groups throughout content-rich communication activities, via multi-channel user-centric campaigns. This is done through consistent and content-rich communication activities, by using multiple integrated communication tools. The success of this mission is highly dependent on a continuous interaction with all WPs.

The Blue-Cloud "D6.2 Communication, Dissemination, Outreach and Education Plan, 2nd release" is an updated version of "D6.1 - Communication, Dissemination, Outreach and Education Plan, 1st release" released in March 2023 (M3). This report documents the results and impact of communication efforts undertaken from January 2023 (M1) to June 2024 (M18), which focused on creating awareness about the Blue-Cloud 2026 project, its goals, its ambition and the expected KERs.

This report also defines the communication strategy roadmap for M19-M30 (July 2024 - June 2025). The focus from M19 onwards will be to consolidate the active stakeholder engagement approach for each target group by disseminating the project's KER to the relevant user communities. The document is divided in specific sections, listing the results achieved during this first reporting period:

  • Section 1 gives an overview of the Blue-Cloud 2026 Community and the engagement with ESEB;
  • Section 2 lists the status of the KPIs for outreach and dissemination
  • Section 3 updates the stakeholder engagement plan for the next period;
  • Section 4 details the implemented actions for the Campaign #2, focused on promoting the Blue-Cloud KERs
  • Section 5 lists the communication results from M1-M18 and indicates plans and goals for the next period;
  • Section 6 lists the Blue-Cloud peer-reviewed publications
  • Section 7 details the implemented actions for the Campaign #3, focused on the Blue-Cloud 2026 Training Academy;
  • Section 8 is dedicated to the synergies established so far or otherwise planned, with different, related initiatives and projects;
  • Section 9 details the implemented actions for the Campaign #1, focused on generic outreach and dissemination activities (e.g. website, social media, newsletters);
  • Section 10 includes a timeline of the Action Plan of activities from M18 till M30;
  • Section 11 provides an overall conclusion for the document.
