Chlorophyll sandbox

With our challenge, we plan to come up with an open notebook, an open-access API fit for the purpose of machine learning and a proof of concept to address important knowledge gaps.

The idea is to hack environmental big data. Our use case will consider 20 years of the Chl-a archives at a global scale and will focus on the pattern analysis of the chl-a fronts.
