Join us in the final conference of the Blue-Cloud pilot project for an opportunity to learn about the main results, achievements and the road ahead of this key component of the EU “Future of Seas and Oceans Flagship Initiative”.  Gain insight into the key conclusions stemming from this 3-year effort to build a “marine” thematic community within the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC) and into the role it can play in evolving a thriving EU digital knowledge system in support of the EU Green Deal, Mission Ocean & the UN Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development.

The panel will share the status of key EU initiatives, projects and international programs seeking to advance digital knowledge ecosystems and reflect on how Blue-Cloud's results in the marine domain could be further capitalised by these efforts, now or in the future, or linkages built, in support of wider policy objectives.

Blue-Cloud 2026 closed meeting

9 December 2022, Comet Louise, Place Stéphanie 20, Brussels. Practical information

An all-hands meeting is planned on the 9th of December  from 9.00 to 14.00 CET with the members of the Blue-Cloud consortium to informally discuss Blue-Cloud status and its evolution towards 2026. The event will close with a networking lunch.
